1. What we collect
When you book or inquire about a journey, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us. For confirmed participants, we also collect government ID details, emergency contact information, and medical history (via a separate, secure intake form).

- To request reviews or share trip photos (only if you consented)
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

Medical information and government ID details are treated as highly sensitive. They are stored securely in our Airtable database, accessible only to the Ettiq Trails team. Medical information is never shared with other participants. Government IDs are used only for permit applications and are not retained beyond the trek.
