Day-by-day Itinerary
Drive: Rishikesh → Chopta
Drive via Devprayag, Rudraprayag. Arrive Chopta meadow at evening.
Chopta → Tungnath → Chandrashila
3 km hike to Tungnath. Continue to Chandrashila summit. Himalayan panorama. Return.
Deoria Tal hike
Drive to Sari village. Hike to Deoria Tal — lake with Kedarnath range reflection.
Drive: Chopta → Rishikesh
Morning departure. Trip ends.

Can we do this in winter with snow?
Yes — winter at Chopta is magical but cold. The trail to Tungnath may be partially snow-covered. We go prepared with gear. Temple opens May–June only.
