Day-by-day Itinerary
Drive: Dehradun → Dhaula
Long drive via Nohradhar to Dhaula trailhead. Rest.
Dhaula → Sewa
Forest trail along Rupin River. First river crossings.
Sewa → Lower Waterfall Camp
Rupin Waterfall appears. Camp at its base — thunderous, cold, beautiful.
Lower → Upper Waterfall Camp
Climb past the waterfall on steep fixed ropes. Upper camp with snow bridges.
Upper Waterfall → Top Waterfall Camp
Snow travel begins. Top of the waterfall bowl. Views open up dramatically.
Summit: Rupin Pass → Ronkha
Pass crossing at 4,650m. Steep snow descent into Himachal. Camp at Ronkha.
Ronkha → Sangla
Trek exits into Sangla Valley civilization. Hot food, warm rooms.
Drive: Sangla → Dehradun
Long drive back over Kinnaur. Trek ends.
