Day-by-day Itinerary
Drive: Kathgodam → Loharkhet
Long scenic drive through Bageshwar. Loharkhet trailhead — rest, briefing.
Loharkhet → Dhakuri
Steep initial climb then gradual through forests. Dhakuri Pass with Nanda Devi views.
Dhakuri → Khati
Descend into Pindar Valley. Khati village — last inhabited settlement on trail.
Khati → Dwali
River trail through gorge. Dwali confluence — dramatic canyon setting.
Dwali → Phurkiya → Glacier Snout
Early start to glacier snout. Zero Point — walk on ancient ice. Return to Phurkiya camp.
Phurkiya → Khati
Long descent. Last night in Kumaon.
Khati → Loharkhet → Drive
Exit trek. Drive back to Kathgodam.
