Sangla → Chitkul
Drive to Chitkul — last point before the border. Old wooden village, Tibetan influence.
Chitkul → Nako
Drive across high ridges to Nako Lake. Buddhist monastery, still waters.
Nako → Tabo → Kaza
Cross into Spiti. Tabo monastery — 1,000 years old. Arrive Kaza.

Drive: Kaza → Shimla via Narkanda
