Shimla → bike pickup → Narkanda
Collect bikes. Ride to Narkanda via Shimla-Hindustan Tibet highway.
Narkanda → Rampur → Reckong Peo
Sutlej gorge begins. Canyon walls close in.
Reckong Peo → Kalpa → Sangla
Morning Kinner Kailash view. Sangla Valley.
Sangla → Chitkul (last village)
Ride to the border. Snow peaks ahead. Return to Sangla.
Sangla → Nako → Spiti border
Higher and drier. Nako lake. Taste of Spiti.
Return → Shimla (long day)
Full return via Rampur.
