Day-by-day Itinerary
Drive: Manali → Jobra → Chika
Drive to Jobra trailhead. Trek through Rani Nallah to Chika meadow camp.
Chika → Balu Ka Ghera
Glacial moraine landscape. Camp in the boulder field with pass views.
Balu Ka Ghera → Hampta Pass → Shea Goru
Pass crossing. Green to brown. Dramatic descent to Lahaul side.
Shea Goru → Chatru → Chandratal (optional)
Drive to Chatru. Option to visit Chandratal Lake — one of India's best.
Drive: Chatru → Manali via Rohtang
Cross Rohtang Pass back to Manali. Trek ends.

Is there snow crossing at the pass?
Yes — in June/July there's significant snow at and near the pass. Microspikes recommended. Our guide leads the crossing safely.
