Day-by-day Itinerary
Drive: Dehradun → Sankri
Base.
Sankri → Osla
Trek begins.
Osla → Har Ki Dun
Valley meadow.
Har Ki Dun → Ruinsara Tal
Glacial lake.
Ruinsara → Har Gaun
Abandoned village above 4,000m — haunting and beautiful.
Har Gaun → Borasu Base
High camp at 4,700m.
Summit: Borasu Pass (5,450m)
Pre-dawn start. The pass. Kinnaur begins.
Descent → Chitkul Valley
Snow fields give way to Baspa Valley.
Descent to Chitkul
Arrive last border village.
Chitkul → drive buffer / Sangla
Rest or drive to Sangla.
Drive: Sangla → Shimla → onward
Trek ends.
